The free version does not work. It will only refer you to the paid "pro" version. Waste of time.

The app is all-around pretty good accept that I paid $2.99 specifically for the offline text-to-speech function, which is completely worthless. The online text-to-speech works well, but that is not why I bought the app, as I will not have Internet connection when I am walking around the foreign city that I am in. I want my $2.99 back!

I got the app all excited because of the offline option, and then when I try to use it the first three words I try dont work!!!! I want my money back!!! A complete waste

I have searched through many translation apps and this one is by far the best for English to Spanish. It is helpful that the dictionary can do full translations as well. Easy to use and I like that it is free.

This app is horrible! It does not have all the features that are advertised. Specifically, the talk-to-text function does not perform properly, which was the main reason I bought the Pro function. I contacted their tech support and they finally just responded 2 months later and were not helpful and completely rude. Dont waste your time!!!

I like the application! The feature I like most in Pro version is the ability to use it offline when I dont have the Internet available. I am new to I pod so I didnt know how to install a Russian keyboard in my I pod Touch (4th generation). I asked for help from the Dynote Mobile Technology LTD support team and they answered me in timely manner. They explained me how to make it work and now I am happy with app. Thank you.

Its very slow and it doesnt even have the features it says it does! Use google translate instead!

The app does not do what it says it can. Theres no form of speech on or offline.

My version kept wanting me to buy (again) the Pro Key add-on for another $2.99. If every option needs to be bought, how is it free? Complete workable version may be $20-$30. Bait and switch with a little Fraud. Do not buy!

I travel to China a couple times a month. It is hard to get Internet connected anywhere except hotels and airports. Since you must be connected to the Internet the app is of no use when you are at a restaurant trying to figure out the difference between fish eyes and chicken on the menu. When connected it does a good job translating. You can save phrases or words on one of the screens but if you leave that screen they all disappear.

Ive always liked this app, I use it for Spanish sometimes, but I mainly use it for Japanese; and the romaji really helps me ^^ Good job. Pretty clear translations.

As an online dictionary and translator, this is fine. But pay $3.99 for the "offline" mode, and try to get anything useful out of it. Very limited functionality, as I was unable to find any translations that actually helped unless I was online. The Pro functionality is advertised as much more than it really is, just stay away from it.

I downloaded this to use in Spain and the translations are awful! I tried to say best and it pulled up the word heartbeat translated. Deleted immediately.

This is an amazing translator, it gets the translation of the word right. Its much better than google translate and I dont know why its not used by more people

Works really well, and its very accurate. Really helps me for all my foreign language classes!
