The small amount of words in each dictionary make this much less useful than other free online resources, Word Reference as an example.

This is the best translator-app ever, it is also gramaticarily correct.

Great job. If it can pronounce the word and sentence. It would be perfect.

I did not expect too much from the free product. Fortunately, this time the product is really good. The dictionary covers a wide gamut of languages. It is not primitive (as many others) and gives all translations for a big number of words (common and not common as well). The dictionary is simple and convinient for use. It stores the history of word searching, which is very important if you want to study new words and expressions. The dictionary will be very useful for people studying or using several languages simultaneously. Well, if you look for a dictionary from a language rather than English, it might be missed. Personally, Id like to have not only Russian-English but Russian-French and Russian-Hebrew as well, since Russian is my native language, and I use English, French and Hebrew. I am ready to pay for these additional dictionaries. Nevertheless, I realize that perhaps I want too much. (From the Russian there is Russian-English only).

Excellent app! Only problem is when you paste texts that are too long its unable to process it... I dont know why? Overall great :)

I would happily give this app 5 stars however I find the user interface a bit clunky and the 1.99 speech add on is aweful and shouldnt even be offered. It attempts to give you the pronunciation in a different language in a robotic voice which makes it extremely hard to understand. Not very helpful to improve our language education.

Best free dictionary ever!!!!!!!!

This is an awesome dictionary and it is free so its all the better except for Japanese translation it is not romanized but other than that it is great!!

It needs wifi to work. 4 stars for lack of built in dictionary

The text to speech function is awful. The pronunciation is so not clear, cant tell what it is saying. Should have this problem fixed. Get more clear voices with higher resolution. If you just want a free dictionary to look up simple words, this is fine. But never waste your money on text-to-speech.

Really helpful app but it would be better if it worked without wifi

I think it should have verbs along the words, like not just frites, but DES frites. It also should have male and female. Otherwise great app.

This app is amazing and accurate. It helps me with my french homework too! I tested it and it gave me the correct response

If you are looking for a French -> English dictionary: DONT BUY THIS!

The dictionary is very poor:( I have bought it more for "Offline" version. If I only could know this before. I prefer to use google translate, too bad that they dont have a offline version.

Tricked me. I thought the "offline dictionaries" would let me use the "translate" features offline. Boy was I wrong. The offline dictionary is pure garbage. You have to scroll thru this weird ui and when you do enter a translation I find out that I cant even enter a frikkin phrase. It translates individual words which is completely useless. I got this because I was going to Spain, Italy and France and I needed an offline translator without data. I thot it would be cheaper buying this which had multiple dictionaries. Too bad theyre all unusable. Learn from my mistake... Buy a better translation app which might cost more but actually has what it advertises. Also, Google translate has all the features this pro version does so its not even worth it for that. Run away.. Run FAR AWAY.
