Worthless Offline Text to Audio

The app is all-around pretty good accept that I paid $2.99 specifically for the offline text-to-speech function, which is completely worthless. The online text-to-speech works well, but that is not why I bought the app, as I will not have Internet connection when I am walking around the foreign city that I am in. I want my $2.99 back!
